Fitness Programs
Fit & Fab- This program is designed to support women navigating perimenopause/menopause by combining tailored fitness routines, nutrition guidance, and personalized health coaching. Over 12 weeks, participants engage in strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility routines to address hormonal changes, improve energy levels, and support bone health. Weekly health coaching sessions provide accountability, mindset strategies, and lifestyle tips to manage menopause symptoms effectively.
Yoni Strong- This is a 6 week program designed to improve the strength and function of the pelvic floor muscles. Reducing the risk of pelvic organ prolapse, while improving bladder/bowel control, sexual satisfaction, and core stability.
Wellness Assessments
Yearly Fitness Assessment- An annual screening of your musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary systems to determine health status and identify health risks. This exam makes sure your internal systems are working together to support and stabilize you during your activities of daily living. Just like an annual primary care and dental visit, an annual fitness assessment performed by a doctor of physical therapy is as equally important, and can capture changes in your body's movement system from year to year. Includes exercise recommendations.
Infrared Sauna Program
Our infrared sauna blanket sessions are designed to deliver the benefits of a traditional sauna in a convenient, relaxing, and portable way. Using infrared heat technology the blanket promotes reduction in pain, burns up to 600 calories in a single session, relieves stress, boosts muscle recovery, improves cardio health, gets rid of toxins, and improves sleep.
