Flashin' & Fabulous: Navigating Menopause with Confidence- a 6-week virtual (peri)menopause wellness experience for women who are ready to understand their bodies, manage their symptoms, and feel like themselves again—hot flashes, mood swings, and all.
This program is all about perimenopause & menopause management made simple and doable.
You'll learn what's happening in your body, how it's affecting you, and how to manage it using real-life strategies you can actually stick to — through exercise, nutrition, and self-care.

Wellness Assessments
Yearly Fitness Assessment- An annual screening of your musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary systems to determine health status and identify health risks. This exam makes sure your internal systems are working together to support and stabilize you during your activities of daily living. Just like an annual primary care and dental visit, an annual fitness assessment performed by a doctor of physical therapy is equally important, and can capture changes in your body's movement system from year to year. Includes exercise recommendations.
Infrared Sauna Program
Our infrared sauna blanket sessions support recovery, circulation, and relaxation - especially helpful during periods of stress, pain, or hormonal changes.
